Sponsorship Benefits
The primary benefit of Alliance sponsorship may be INFORMATION. By reading the Alliance Report and receiving our e-mail alerts, you will be more up-to-date than most postal officials! Alliance sponsors help their nonprofit clients save money on their postal budgets - and are kept informed of the latest rule changes that affect how to get business done. Companies interested in staying abreast of the changes in nonprofit postal policy, supporting their nonprofit customers/clients, and connecting with hundreds of other nonprofit organizations should become sponsors of the Alliance.
- Listing in Preferred Vendors: Commercial partners of the Alliance of Nonprofit Mailers are listed in our Vendors section. This is the first place nonprofit mailers should look for a vendor.
- Regular Newsletter: The Alliance Report keeps you advised and informed of developments in Congress, USPS and the Postal Regulatory Commission. Learn, in advance, of changes in postal rates and regulations so that you have time to act.
- Communicate with members: Sponsors may mail to the Alliance membership once per year with an insert in the Alliance Report. Press releases on new programs and developments can be put on our News page.
- Alliance Help-line: The Alliance staff knows how to find the answers to your postal policy questions...fast!
- Representation Before the Postal Regulatory Commission: The Alliance is the primary representative of nonprofit mailers in postal regulation litigation before the Postal Regulatory Commission. Our success in prior proceedings is well-documented.
- Representation on Capitol Hill: The Alliance is a highly-respected advocate that works with Congress, USPS and other agencies to protect nonprofit postal rates.
- Representation Before the USPS: As a member of the USPS Mailers’ Technical Advisory Committee and other task force groups, the Alliance assists in developing new regulations and methods. Members and sponsors of the Alliance learn of these developments in advance.
