The Alliance of Nonprofit Mailers has a clear and focused mission: to represent nonprofit organizations before the USPS, the Postal Regulatory Commission and Congress to ensure stable rates and reasonable regulations.

 

  • Representation Before the Postal Regulatory Commission: The Alliance is the primary representative of nonprofit mailers in postal rate litigation before the Postal Regulatory Commission. Our success in prior proceedings is well-documented.

  • Representation on Capitol Hill: The Alliance is a highly-respected advocate that works with Congress, USPS and other agencies to protect nonprofit postal rates.

  • Representation Before the USPS: As a member of the USPS Mailers’ Technical Advisory Committee and other task force groups, the Alliance assists in developing new regulations and methods. Members of the Alliance learn of these developments in advance. The Alliance assists member organizations to interpret postal rules and regulations correctly.

The only national organization working solely on nonprofit postal issues, the Alliance seeks to keep its members fully educated on all issues that impact their direct mail efforts.

To this end, in October of 2011 the Alliance launched an online forum via Facebook and Twitter for members and sponsors.
