Ms. Lucien began her career at AARP 39 years ago focusing on print production for its two publications, AARP The Magazine and AARP Bulletin both with a circulation over 22 million copies.

Today, she is responsible for leading a production management group that serves the broader enterprise with print and mail expertise, from digital print on demand, commercial offset, gravure printing, mail, distribution, letter shop, fulfillment, and inventory ordering solutions. Under her leadership she ensures that all print/mail activities align with the organization’s priorities; develops cost effective solutions that leverage AARP’s print buying power; develops standardized workflow processes; sourcing and vendor management.

Traci also provides oversight and direction to include operational management of integrated content workflow systems that support the enterprise to include: Aprimo, Censhare and Acquia DAM.

She serves on the Board of Directors of Alliance of Non-Profit Mailers.

She has a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from University of Maryland Global Campus; completed AARP’s AGL Leadership Program at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Chapman University.

She is a proud mother of a 21-year daughter. An advocate for foster care & adoption, Traci serves as a media spokesperson for Adoptuskids.org and has been featured in “O” Magazine, Baltimore Sun and in other media outlets promoting foster to adopt.
