Dear Alliance Members:
Here are the comments that we filed with the PRC urging the regulator to reject the July 2025 rate increase proposal and put a moratorium on rate hikes until it finishes its rate review rule-making. We added information on the new PMG and the 2nd quarter loss that resulted from large rate increases that caused large volume declines and yielded no revenue growth. We also pointed out the outsized impact on our nonprofit rural electric cooperative members.
