21-8-24 Order Denying 2d Stay Motion

Sorry to report this news.  Our request for a “stay” of the August 29 mailing rate increases allowed under new rules was denied by the U.S. Court of Appeals with a nonsubstantive order providing no reason or analysis.  Please see the attached order.  Our team is preparing for oral arguments on the appeal on September 13.  Unfortunately, we will have to endure the rate hikes while the appeals case proceeds.  The court will rule sometime after September 13, maybe in late 2021, maybe early 2022.
