The PRC flagged a mainstay issue for the Alliance, ensuring that nonprofit mailers are not discriminated against in work share discounts relative to commercial mailers. The result was a set of changes to the prices for Nonprofit Enhanced Carrier Route. The changed are noted in the attached table with yellow indicating higher prices and green identifying lower prices.
A late-breaking development was a notice by the PRC late on November 1 that a few more rates need to be corrected by USPS. Fixing these problems shouldn’t have a huge effect, but they will likely change a few nonprofit pound rates.
